Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. This timeframe may be extended during peak periods.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (Turkey): 2-5 business days
• Local (same city): 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over 3,000 TRY
• Shipping fee of 120 TRY for orders under 3,000 TRY

Shipping Carrier Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery Products will be delivered to your address. ID verification may be required during delivery. If no one is home, the package will be left at the cargo branch office.

International Shipping We currently only ship within Turkey.
